The RGVYHL White Group Playoff Tournament will begin on Tuesday, March 2, 2010.  This is a Double Elimination Tournament.  This means when a team loses two games, they are out of the tournament.  Last team standing are the League Champs!

Game 1 on Tuesday will be the Fury v. the Flames at 6:00 pm.
Game 2 on Tuesday will be the Blaze v. the winner of Game 1 at 6:45 pm.

Game 3 will be on Thursday, March 4, 2010.  Teams will be announced based upon the results of Games 1 and 2.

Game 4 will be on Tuesday, March 9, 2010.  Game 5 will be on Thursday, March 11 if necessary.


It is very important that all players show up to play for their team.  As this is a Playoff Tournament, only the rostered team members will be allowed to play for their teams - no additional players from the sitting team!  Please also insure that your players are in their team jerseys to be eligible to play!

Trophies will be awarded at the Tailgate Party on March 20, 2010.  Good luck to all White Group Teams!

As we continue to grow our Learn to Play program, we are faced with a shortage of ice skates to make available to the budding players.

We would ask you to consider donating any old skates that your youngster has grown out of to our program.  If you could bring them to the rink on your next trip, we would be eternally grateful, and a new player will benefit!

Please remember that the Wed. evening 6-7 practices are for travel team practices only.  The Saturday morning practices will continue to be for all players.  Thanks!  Burl Cox
